Adopt a Mile

2016 - Adopt a Mile - Smyrna Rotary has spent several years maintaining a mile, actually a 1.7 mile stretch of Windy Hill Road. The Adopt a Mile is once a quarter. We also have a sign on Windy Hill Road showing that Smyrna Rotary Club maintains this stretch of road.

Two to five (3.5 average) Rotarians participate at each cleanup, which takes about two hours per person, and thus about 3.5 * 4 * 2 = 28 volunteer hours. The sign is up all the time.
